Option 2: D&I Governance [English]
Pam Jeffords, Partner and Global Leader of Mercer’s When Women Thrive
 
Based on insights from our network members, consulting experience across industries, and empirical studies, Pam will break down the elements of organization design that can be used to create a sustainable D&I effort – from developing linking mechanisms to conducting impact analysis.
 
Option 3: LGBTQ Inclusion Diagnosis [Spanish]
Cesar Casas Ferrer, President & Founder, Mexican Federation of LGBT Business
 
Cesar will discuss his experiences developing LGBT-friendly businesses in Mexico, understanding the LGBTQ market opportunity and developing innovative approaches that directly respond to the community’s unique demands.

Open to Latin America D&I network members, first come, first served.
 
During this interactive session, we will break into small groups of up to 5 people and use the “see, say, do” approach to think about moments when you felt that diversity or inclusion were breaking down in your organization. Get ready to move out of your comfort zone and learn from your peers in this divergent thinking exercise.

In this webinar, Carole will interview organizations that have completed the EDGE Certification process, the leading global assessment and business certification for gender equality, to understand what they measure and how they use the results.
 
Option 2: The Gender Gap Life Cycle, Brazil [English]

Rick will add to the discussion, describing how workforce analytics can help us set realistic targets and monitor progress.

In this interactive session, participants will learn the basics of design thinking – from empathizing with the end-user to arriving at innovative solutions to their problems. Participants will break into groups to develop personas, prioritize their pain points, and ideate to generate divergent thinking.

Break out groups will come together and share their early concepts with all network members.
