At the Minneapolis Fall 2008 Audit Committee Roundtable, Financial Crisis and Risk Oversight: Reassessing Risk in the Wake of Market Turmoil, we will address an array of issues related to the financial crisis and consider the challenges audit committees face in assessing and monitoring the effectiveness of the company’s risk management processes going forward.
