Who Qualifies/Conditions

• Corporate/Association/Independent planners of international meetings, incentive, training/conference programs or conventions, with verifiable meetings history
• Planners with groups yielding a minimum of 50 room nights
• Planners that are considering an international meeting/incentive destination and have open dates within 36 months of the event for which a site has not been selected
• Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served
• Attendance only open to buyers who reside in the United States and Canada
