Center for E-Commerce
Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology
The Center for E-Commerce was created in 2002 as part of the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology to provide a neutral forum for scholars, policy makers, and executives to explore the burgeoning field of electronic commerce law. The Center's faculty collaborate with scholars in residence and with faculty and students from other Stanford University departments on cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research and policy making. As part of its mission, the Center also hosts outreach programs, including conferences on the latest trends in the law and brown bag luncheons with experts in the field. In addition, the Center is currently developing a web site that will provide one-stop access to the latest information on electronic commerce law.
