Event Details
Spend the day learning from Jim Griffith, the company's first customer support representative. Now as eBay Ambassador and one of eBay's spokespersons, Jim "Griff" Griffith travels the country and appears on radio and TV programs, providing helpful tips and how to buy and sell online safely and effectively.
Registration opens at 8:00am with class beginning at 9:00 am sharp. In the morning session, the instructors will concentrate on browsing and buying on eBay. Even if you are an advanced seller, you won’t want to miss the tips and tricks that will be shared, including how to get good deals, issues related to trust and safety, and feedback. The morning session will end with a discussion on basic selling. During the lunch break attendees can take a break or share stories while meeting other community members.
After lunch, the focus of the class will turn to selling. The afternoon session will start with instructions for improving your listings with photos and HTML. Learn how to create and eBay Store as well as advanced selling techniques to make your auctions more profitable. The day's session will end with a presentation on Seller Assistant Pro, for the advance seller in all of you. No matter your skill level using eBay, we promise you'll learn something new.

Course registration is just $25. This fee includes registration, course handouts, and coffee. The session will last from 9:00am to 5:30pm with a lunch break.
