CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be subject to a $250.00 fee through September 16, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.

Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as Dow Jones Financial Information Services and The Nielsen Company are notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted under any circumstances.

If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place.
